In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rpp77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the rpp77.net platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the rpp77 website accessible at rpp77.net, including all subdomains, mobile versions, and any dedicated applications.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a rpp77 account or who accesses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total IDR-denominated funds held within a Member's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Real Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Member from their own bank account or e-wallet, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by rpp77 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable Real Balance.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under rpp77's compliance obligations.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of account on the Platform.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations and support hours unless otherwise stated.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

To register and maintain an Account on rpp77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. rpp77 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all funds held within that Account will be forfeited.
2. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of accessing the Platform and placing wagers. rpp77 is designed and operated for the Indonesian market.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal incapacity, bankruptcy orders, or court-imposed restrictions are not eligible.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of rpp77 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person, without the prior written consent of rpp77.
5. You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that extends to rpp77.
6. You must hold a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) registered in your own name, which will be used for all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Each Member may hold strictly one Account on the rpp77 Platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

KYC Verification: rpp77 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request, when cumulative withdrawals exceed a specified threshold, or when rpp77's compliance team flags a transaction for review. Required documents typically include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — is the preferred document for Indonesian residents).
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered on your rpp77 account (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or BRI account showing your name and account number).
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by rpp77's compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed to rpp77's satisfaction. rpp77 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from a Member's failure to provide required documentation promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. rpp77 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you.

Deposits: rpp77 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are typically credited to your rpp77 Account within 60 seconds of successful bank confirmation. rpp77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, Members should contact support with proof of transfer.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. rpp77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, or when additional verification is required.

rpp77 reserves the right to apply a reasonable withdrawal processing fee in exceptional circumstances, and to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds if required by our compliance procedures. Withdrawal requests that fail KYC checks or involve suspected fraudulent activity will be suspended pending investigation.

rpp77 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only, as defined in each promotion's specific terms. Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of rpp77.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Balance must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion of the associated funds may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, certain slot titles, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to the individual promotion's game contribution schedule for details.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Any unmet Wagering Requirement at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Balance and any winnings generated solely from that balance.
• rpp77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Material changes to active promotions will be communicated via registered email.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and Account suspension.

All bets placed on the rpp77 sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and other gaming products are subject to the product-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.

Sportsbook: rpp77 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP (including Mandalika circuit events), e-sports, and other sports. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available on selected markets. Odds are displayed in decimal format and may change at any time before bet settlement. Placed bets are binding.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of an event, rpp77's specific settlement rules for that sport apply — please consult the Platform for details. rpp77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error occurred.

Maximum Payouts: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum limits per sport and market type. These limits are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically. rpp77 is not obligated to pay winnings above the stated maximum payout limit regardless of the stated odds at the time of placement.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the rpp77 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Registering more than one Account, or accessing the Platform on behalf of another person without their explicit authorization and rpp77's prior written consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of your relationship with rpp77.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or obvious error are void and will be reversed.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the Platform's infrastructure, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform's systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward rpp77 staff or other Members.

rpp77 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this clause and to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account pending investigation without prior notice.

All content on the rpp77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of rpp77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The rpp77 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of rpp77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or creation of derivative works — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of rpp77.

rpp77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rpp77 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and does not store your bank card or banking credentials on its servers. Payment processing is handled by certified payment gateway partners subject to their own security standards. rpp77 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

rpp77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing harm associated with gambling. As part of this commitment, rpp77 provides the following tools accessible from your Account dashboard after rpp77 login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when a defined play session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months) if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months.

rpp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance, winnings, or pending withdrawals, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Account registered in the name of a person under 21 years of age.
• Instruction received from a relevant authority or court order.
• Detection of duplicate or linked Accounts.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

Accounts closed due to a material breach of these Terms will not have their balances returned unless rpp77's compliance investigation concludes that the funds are free of any taint of fraud or policy violation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rpp77 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where rpp77's security systems were not materially at fault.
• Losses arising from changes to market odds, event cancellations, or incorrect information provided by third-party data suppliers.

rpp77's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of your Real Balance at the time the claim arose or Rp 50.000.000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rpp77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

rpp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rpp77 will notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently by law, regulation, or a security concern, in which case the change may take immediate effect.

The version of these Terms published on rpp77.net at any given time constitutes the current Terms governing your use of the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Southeast Asian market.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact rpp77's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. rpp77 is committed to responding to all formal dispute notices within 5 business days (WIB).

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of formal notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent rpp77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.
